I'm doing a variation of this for tomorrow. I'm making meringue nests and filling them with lemon mousse and topping it with whipped cream and a Peep. Go me.

My husband is 100% Swedish. I'm a mutt: My father's side were all from England (but came to America in 1620 - so his side is REALLY American -). My mother's side has Yugoslavian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Romanian, and German ancestry and she was the first one born in America - both her parents were immigrants who came through Ellis Island in 1911 and 1914.
